Shipping Policy

From our Ratlam kitchen and our Mandsaur farm partners to your doorstep — here is what to expect.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to all pincodes in India served by our courier partners. We do not ship internationally yet. If your pincode is not serviceable at checkout, please write to hello@nityatattva.in — we may be able to arrange a special-delivery on a best-effort basis.

2. Delivery times

Times are counted from the date of dispatch, not the date you place the order. Orders placed before 14:00 IST on a working day are typically dispatched within 24 hours; later orders ship the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays and national holidays.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Monsoon, courier-network congestion, festival season, and force-majeure events can extend timelines.

3. Shipping charges

Final shipping is always displayed transparently at the review step before you pay.

4. Tracking your order

When we hand the package over to the courier we email you the AWB / tracking number and a tracking link. You can also see status in your account at /orders. If the tracker doesn’t update for 48 hours after dispatch, write to us — we’ll chase the courier.

5. Receiving the order

  • Inspect on the spot: if the outer pack is wet, crushed or seal-broken, please record an unboxing video and either refuse delivery or accept it but write “received damaged” on the courier’s POD slip.
  • Wrong address: we ship to the address as entered at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel mid-route. If you spot a typo, email us within 30 minutes of placing the order and we’ll try to catch it before dispatch.
  • Three attempts: couriers typically make 3 delivery attempts. After that the package returns to us. See the Refunds Policy for the refund handling.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available on orders up to ₹5,000 in serviceable pincodes.
  • Payable in cash or UPI on receipt.
  • A COD handling fee of ₹30 may apply on orders below ₹999.
  • High refusal rates can lead to COD being disabled on an account — we will email you first.

7. Storage on receipt

Our pulses, spices and snacks are shipped at room temperature in airtight food-grade packaging. On receipt, store as printed on the pack — typically in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best aroma, transfer spices to an airtight jar once opened.

8. International shipping

Not currently offered. We hope to open select international destinations in 2026 once export documentation for food products is in place. If you are an international wholesale buyer, contact us at /wholesale.
