1. When to use this channel
Please first try our regular support channel at hello@nityatattva.in — most issues are resolved there within 48 working hours. Approach the Grievance Officer if:
- You have not received a response from regular support within 48 working hours.
- You are not satisfied with the resolution offered.
- You wish to exercise a right under the DPDP Act (access, correction, erasure, nomination).
- You wish to formally report an unsafe product, mislabelling or consumer-law concern.
- You wish to report misuse of your personal data.

3. What to include in your complaint
- Your name, contact email and phone number.
- Order number (if applicable) and date of purchase.
- A clear description of the issue and what outcome you seek.
- Supporting evidence — photographs, screenshots, prior correspondence.
- Whether you have already contacted regular support and what was said.
4. Our response timelines

- FSSAI — the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, at foodlicensing.fssai.gov.in.
- Data Protection Board of India — once constituted under the DPDP Act, 2023.

Information you share for a grievance is handled in confidence and used only to investigate and resolve the matter. We do not share it with third parties except where compelled by law.
